Ngopi is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0).

What this means

• You are free to use Ngopi for personal or commercial purposes.
• If you modify and deploy it as an online service, you must make the modified source available to the users of that service (AGPL "network use" clause).
• You cannot sell Ngopi as proprietary software or remove the license notices.
• If you redistribute (with or without modifications), you must continue to use AGPL-3.0.

Request the Source Code

The Ngopi repository is currently private, but source code is available upon request per AGPL-3.0 requirements.

How to request:

2. Subject: "Ngopi Source Code Request"
3. Include:
   • Your name
   • Purpose of the request (personal study, fork, security audit, etc.)
   • Specific version or commit hash you need (optional)

Expected response time: 30 calendar days (AGPL standard).

Source code will be delivered via:

• Download link (Google Drive / Dropbox / Cloudflare R2), or
• Invitation to a private GitHub repository (read-only)

No fees. No need to explain detailed reasoning — AGPL guarantees your right to obtain the source code.
